From building grain dryers to selling out Madison Square Garden and every adventure in between, Kyle Cook brings to the songwriting table. He is an accomplished guitarist whose musical touch can be heard on albums by the likes of Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Member Mick Jagger’s Goddess In The Doorway and band member Rob Thomas’ successful solo album.
Kyle is best known as the lead guitarist of the wildly successful rock band Matchbox Twenty, which has sold in excess of 37 million albums world wide, but he is more than that. Kyle can be quoted saying “I love art but mostly music because it’s the only thing that will make me weep one second and feel like Rocky Balboa the next.” Music is his passion and when he isn’t on the road with Matchbox Twenty he can be found heading up a band made up of old high school pals, the New Left. Along with those new ventures Kyle has also been writing and producing his own solo music which he releases via his MySpace page.
